First, you need to have the data you want in a study of some sort. So if you are looking for the Total Bid and Total Ask for a bar, then use the Numbers Bars Calculated Values and the subgraphs Ask Volume Total and Bid Volume Total. Then use the Study Subgraph Above/Below Bar As Text study to get that information displayed Above/Below the bar.
