Our servers are showing that you have one computer with a connection to CQG, but that you also have another computer with Sierra Chart that is connected to SC Data - All Services.

What would be the most probable situation is that you are looking at the data from the computer that is connected to SC Data - All Services, as you would be getting the Delayed Exchange Data Feed data into that installation which would be delayed by 10-15 minutes (depending on the exchange).

If you are certain that you are looking at the system connected to CQG, then we can take a look at your Message Log and see if there is anything obvious occurring (such as connection issues), but apart from that, any issues with CQG data are not going to be anything we can help with.
