Hi, I am currently connected to CQG and have Denali Data Feed. Today, I signed up for an account with TopStep and they need me to switch up to Rithmic Direct-DTC and pick a server name up for the list as TopstepTrader-Chicago Area-Aggregated). I followed the instructions however, my drop down list is empty and I can not find their server. Could you please help? I have tried couple of solutions like 1) run an update 2)restart the software or 3)Disconnect the data and reconnect using the new credential for the Rithmic. Also, I have a concern regarding my current data feed, can I disconnect it so, I don't loss the credit since I have just paid today to refill it. Thank you, Ash |
