We cannot see the image (probably because of security software we use). The best way to provide an image is to put the market depth window over the chart and select Edit >> Screen Images >> Upload Chart with Overlays. And paste a link to the image here.

Anyway, being this is TD Ameritrade data, there really is not much we can do to help with this other than to recommend selecting File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed, when you see this kind of problem.
