in an attempy to further investigte this isse, I opened a previous chartbook of 1/16/22 version 2233, and its sudy panel showed the vertical and horizontal scroll bars were pesent in the installed panel of the study. i upgrade this chartbook to the recent version 2348, and the vertical scroll bar of the installed study panel disappeared. I can only surmize Ssomething changed Your end between versions 2233 and 2248. just FYI.
