Dear Support: I highly suspect this problem is caused by the blocking of my campus security. IS it possible that you could proved my the port numbers SC is using ? Last time, when I asked our campus to unlock the port numbers from its security wall for Interactive Brokers, then after it is unlocked, I could be able to connect to SC with datafeed from IB and trading at SC. So Maybe, the port number that related to STOCK data is locked by our campus. (but the odd thing is that the futures data did coming in, although is loaded quite slowly.. if It normal for the first time to load this chart? I have been here for 5 hours and and some studies like Stochastic on the chart, cannot even have enough data to show the it complete shape.. Your timely replay is greatly appreciate as our school semester will start soon. Many thanks.
