Dear Support: I have two blank Charts (one is for TSLA and the other of for AMZN, both stock symbol) and I use your (SC Data_All services datafeed) with my sim account. I went to your document of 3.4.1, which is asked to check “Current Quote Window”, and there is not movement on the last price and last size and went to 3.4.2 , which is asked to check and add symbol to the new quite board and the last price and last Size are zero within hours that the stock market opened. In addition, there is no a thing shown at my Quote board, so I do not think it is a problem of Symbol limits.. It said I should contact you for this issue after all these fixs are not working . In addition, I have found the following problem: (at Chart-setting, Main settings, Data Range in File (yyyy-mm-dd), I cannot fill in any date there in “From date”. Even after I fill a data, hit Apply and OK, then chart is still not updating and when I go back to this chart setting again and this from date is still empty. It does not allow a date. I am instructor at university and I have asked my computer to install SC in November last year and I used my login to fist login in the computer lab to this lab .. SC works well for my personal laptop and have not problem. So I though you might want to have this information as background to solve this problem.
