We are not having any issues opening the chartbook, but the symbol that is being used in the old chartbook is not correct for CQG. So what we think is occurring is simply that nothing is loading and it appears that Sierra Chart is frozen.

Here are the steps that we would like for you to take to ensure that everything is working properly:
- Open the chartbook.
- Select the CW menu and select the chart listed in there. This ensures that even if the chart is hidden that it will then display properly.
- Select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will convert the symbol to the symbol methodology being used by your trading service (which appears to be CQG).

Let us know if you still do not get anything, or if Sierra Chart is actually freezing at any of these steps where you can not interact with the software.

Also note that if everything above works properly, then you will get a notice that the symbol needs to be rolled over, since the symbol in use is from the M contract of 2019.
