Hi, I'm currently subscribed to the USD 46 Package 11 service. I just started a simulated trading account on Sierra Chart. When I opened my Chartbook on ESH'22 contract, I get an error message stating 'Symbol is unknown, market depth request is not allowed'. Can you please look into why is this happening? Thanks
