You are not getting the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed because you have not successfully connected to your CQG account to verify it for the CME Group. You state that you are getting an error about the Username or Password being incorrect. One of them must be entered improperly or you would be able to make the connection to CQG. Please check them again in the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings to ensure they are entered correctly. If you continue to have issues, then you will need to ask your broker about your Username/Password for CQG and you may have to reset them to ensure you have them correct in all places.
