I've just downloaded Sierra Charts, and while I have have followed all setup instructions, my symbols list keep being empty. I've tried to update the server many times, uncheck the "Use Custom Symbols" box, exit and restart Sierra Charts etc... My data feed is connected, and my trial has began for the first time, there is no need to add usage credit. I do not have any proxy server issues. How can I resolve this? |
