Refer to the following setting: Global Trade Settings Windows: Show Volume Bars (Trade >> Customize Chart/Trade DOM Columns) The numbers can not be removed. You can try changing their color to the same as the background, but when the bar extends into where they are drawn, you will still be able to see them.
