We are configured with Teton. We are getting "Symbol settings not found for current service" when we open a Trading DOM for Futures Spread Products. We opened the Trading DOM using using the Find Symbol -> Get Spread process. The symbol that was returned from the Find Symbol -> Get Spread was "NQH22-NQM22.FUT_SPREAD.CME" We were told Teton would give us the ability to trade Futures Spreads. Any idea what's wrong? |
