We have something close to this, which is to use a Constant Range chart and set the Constant Range Scale Mode to Re-center When the Last Bar Exceeds a Certain Number of Ticks From the Center, then enter the number of ticks you want in the Ticks from Center field, and if you want it to slowly recenter, then you can enter a value in the Adjust Interval field. There is not option that allows for the recenter to go to an amount above or below the current value. It always recenters to the last price.
