The main thing is that you need to get connected to your Rithmic account. We do not believe that what you are using is your correct Rithmic account name. We have never seen an email used for the account name in the past. Please check with AMP to verify your Rithmic credentials and then re-enter them on the Data/Trade Service Settings window.
