if you review my ticket 1635853867614 opened in October/November I couldn't use the serivces of Denali, that is why Sierra made a refund to my account. And I have to make the CQG login through AMP Futures. It worked fine and now, something change on your end because now you tell me I should connect to Denali.... which I can't, your colleagues told me I can not even after I paid for. So can you please do, the same your colleagues did before so everything is working on my end, or otherwise tell me exactly what I have to do. But I did not change anything since last month therefore should be working as it was working before 1st December. Thanks. |
