Since there are custom studies on that chart, we want you to start with a new chart with no other studies on it, then try using the Draw Volume Profile tool and let us know if it works or not. If you do not see the profile, then we want you to go to Analysis >> Studies and see if the VbP is listed in there. Let us know.
