i was able to do all the sorting i needed by creating a google sheet of the 1 mt studies and sorting then any way I needed. i.e by order #,id,descripyion and caculattion order. love it! fyi in case you wondered, google sheet is no more than an excell spread sheet with a different name and obviate owning a microsoft office to get it.
