I have sierra charts on 2 computers. On one I can select hand when I right click and move the chart up and down within the chart. On the other I have to go to the chart scaling area and select Interactive Scale move. How do I make the chart move upon selecting the hand mode when I right click on chart that does not do that when I click it?
