The first problem you have, at the moment, is that your Sierra Chart account with which you have posted in this thread is expired. If this is the same account you are using to login to the software, then you will not get any data until you activate a package.

Second, if you are paying AMP for data, then you do not need to pay us. We can get data from CQG and Rithmic into Sierra Chart. Although we will tell you that there is a lack of historical data with both of these vendors and you will have access to a lot more historical data using the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

Whichever way you go, you just need to let the other know that you do not need their data. In other words, if you use our data, then you need to tell AMP that you do not want data from the trading service they have you setup with. Conversely, if you do use the trading service data, then you do not need to get it from us.
