Keep in mind that when the Color Bar Based On Alert Condition is initially calculated, you will get the visual indications, but the alert is not actually activated. You then have to wait for the real-time updates to cause the alert to trigger, in which case it will then give you the proper indications (sound/email/etc.) as you have the Alert Number set to do.
