hey, i'm sorry to open support ticket but have been trying to get this working for over an hour. I have subscribed to data package #11 and gone through the agreements/activations that were indicated. However, now when im opening up a chart of DJX, NASX, or SPX, they aren't loading. Is there a step i'm missing? I tried this as well with the data/trade services connected to Interactive Brokers and am running into the same problem. thank you Joe |
