You have us confused by the statement "I closed both instances, restarted Source. Then, opened Destination using File >> New Instance (where before, I opened them individually from W10 File Manager)." It is VERY different if you are using File >> New Instance versus having Sierra Chart in two different installations on your system and starting them separately. Let us know which situation you are trying to resolve first. If you just want a second instance using all the same settings and trade service from the main instance, then you would use File >> New Instance. Sierra Chart then takes care of creating the necessary folder and copying files it needs. If you want to have two different installations in order to have different trading accounts, then you need to have Sierra Chart installed into 2 different folders on your system and you need to start each one on its own. In this case, you would have had to manually copy whatever files you wanted/needed to get the setup you desire and then make any changes to the setup depending on what needs to be different. Let us know which situation you are trying to work on first, and we will tackle the issues associated with that situation and then move on from there. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
