The problem is simply that you do not have enough funds in your account to pay for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. You need to have a total of $35.50 in your account, as the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed Connection Fee is $25.00 and the U.S. Equities exchange fee is $10.50.
