                Hello, I set up data with Denali and received my CQG login through AMP.  I went to File>> Data/Trade Service Settings, clicked CQG WebAPI and entered my CQG credentials.  I was asked to convert the symbols and clicked ok.  After converting the symbols I received an error downloading data and only started recording data from the time I logged in. I thought it wouldnt be a problem since the data isnt coming from CQG? I tried unchecking the custom symbol settings, then Update from server, then force login and now the charts are stuck on downloading continuous contract data. Could you help please? Thanks.
