Hi Sierra Support I followed all the steps. I just uploaded and paid to get package 11 with denali and paid the CME market data non pro. And I relaunched everything and have tried over and over to redownload data and now my screen is stuck like the attached image. It just loaded about 3 hours of data and nothing is coming up.
