No, I heard nothing before the change and have received no replies to my emails today re: this issue. I too believe it is Gain Capital related. OEC was responsive and rarely made such blunders before the Gain Capital acquisition. Very myopic approach making changes to one server set and not the other nor notifying anyone of the impending change.
