After looking into this problem further, it has gotten complicated because of the data format change from OEC which is now different between the simulation and production server. It may be a few days before this gets resolved.

OEC has refused to comment about it to us.


At this point, OEC has been really very difficult to work with. And we are quite disappointed in them.

They have caused problems for our users.
