The problem is that you only have the CBOT for the Professional exchange. If you are ok with just the CBOT, then we can turn off the Full CME for Non-Professionals. But, if you want the other way, then you would need to get the connection to AMP working in order to qualify for the non-professional fees from the CME Group.
