We are not really sure what help we can provide with this. We would have to get your Chartbook to test this, but we are 100% certain, it is unlikely that we would see the problem.

Therefore, if we don't it would seem to indicate the issue is system specific.

At this point we recommend trying another computer with your configuration and see if you notice the same problem.
