Hello SierraChart.

I've double checked to make sure that there is no other firewall installed on my trading computer. as I've said, I use my trading computer exclusively for trading. nobody but me uses this computer, and apart from windows 7 updates and Sierra Chart updates, I haven't installed any other software since I began using Sierra 5 months ago.

I also checked to make sure that IE was not set to work offline.

this problem came out of the blue a few weeks ago. and I couldn't pinpoint any likely causes at all. I'm a computer technician so I do know my way around computers and softwares.

I've manually downloaded and installed the latest version of SC (ver 967), but still the error message persists...
