First, if you have an open position and you need to close it and you can not do it from within Sierra Chart, then you need to call your broker and have them take care of it for you.

Second, if there is a discrepancy between what you have within Sierra Chart versus your actual positions in the market, then this would be due to a missing order fill. Refer to the following information:
