All we can say is that if the DLL is in the correct location and everything else looks fine, then there must be something about the DLL that would have to be fixed by the developer. The only information we have is what we pointed you to previously. For example - did your friend develop that study, or did he get it from a developer and did that developer specifically allow only your friend's account to use it, or is it a generally available study?
