The reason you are getting that message is because you are not on Package 10, 11, or 12, which are needed to be able to get the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

We see that you were on Package 10, but on October 7, 2021 you changed to package 3 and deactivated the CME Top-of-Book exchange. Therefore, any data for the CME Group is either coming from your trading service, or is our delayed data.

In order to get the data you are wanting, you will need to do the following:

1. Change your package to either 10, 11, or 12 (Package 10 is the equivalent of Package 3 and includes the Denali Exchange Data Feed Fee, so that is the most likely package for you to change to). Follow these instructions to change your package:

To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

2. Activate the exchange that you want at the following link:

Note that you will pay the full amount for the exchange for the month, regardless of when you activate the exchange. In other words, you will pay the full amount today (if you activate it today) and have the exchange data available through the end of October, but then you will need to pay the full amount again on November 1, 2021. So you only get 11 days of the data for the full price.

Therefore, you may want to consider waiting until November 1, 2021. You still have access to the CME Top-of-Book through the end of October, and as soon as you change your package, you will start getting that data again.
