With regards to the Rithmic connection, it looks like you have not fully setup the new Rithmic connection. Follow the instructions at the following link to ensure that you have everything setup properly:

With regards to the Sierra Chart icons - there is not enough information for us to understand what is happening. They may both be opening the same file. Do you know if you have more than one Sierra Chart installed on your system? If not, then the only option is that they are both shortcuts to the same program.

Check the Properties for each shortcut and see what program they are running and if they are same or not.
