Hi there. I am having a similar issue to this. I have tried everything listed in this thread as well as others but to no avail. I am unable to fill any gap of missing market depth data that I have not recorded myself. For the longest time did not think it was possible but stumbled across these posts indicating that those areas of empty depth data should have been back filling when downloading data.
