That is the core problem, you have the wrong symbols. The ones in your log files are for CQG, but your Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services.

All you need to do is to open your Chartbooks and then select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service and that will update all your charts to the correct symbols.
