My forward month futures charts will not load. For instance, I can load april - august CL, however I cannot see september onward. I also cannot see september ES charts. When the chart loads it says, download failed. It will usually display a blank / black screen and the chart no longer works / must be deleted. Is this is data provider issue, a broker issue? (since I use optimus), or is it a SC thing? Any help would be much appreciated. thank you.
