The first issue is that you need to connect to your live trading account in order to authorize the CME Group Non-Professional status. Your current verification date ended today (October 6, 2021).

But, because of this, you would be receiving the Delayed Exchange Data, and that is what your Message Log shows. We do not see any errors in terms of getting the delayed data, so you should have data displayed in your charts.

Please check the basics, such as making sure that Chart >> Graph Draw Type is not set to blank. Or that your Session Times are somehow not set correctly.
