We do not have specific setup instructions, but it is just a matter of going to the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings and entering the information in there. The first thing is to select CTS T4 Fix in the Current Selected Service, then select the A button next to that field to accept the entry, which will open up the additional fields below that need to be entered. Fill in the information below and you should be connected.
