This is NOT a new policy. It has always been this way, as the exchanges only bill on a monthly basis. The Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed fees renew on the first day of each month. So you will need to have $35.50 in your account before the end of the current month (the actual renewal occurs just after midnight UTC time). We have gone ahead and renewed the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and the U.S. Equities for you. The total in this case was only $32.50, as the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed is pro-rated and since today is the 5th day of the month there is a small discount ($22.00 instead of $25.00).
