I've followed those instructions as you sent the link earlier, on global settings I have entered the CQG username and password and I am using CQG real time data right now, but I want to sign up to the denali exchange with an non-professional, but my account still says professional account. If I open the trade window it shows my account number, so why am I still classed as professional?? What am I missing here?? |
