Hi, I renew my contract for additional month yesterday, but all my chart are not updated with date after SEp 29. and in my Chart Setting the field "Date Range in file " is gray " 2021-09-30" and cant change it. I dont know if this is the issue or the issue is with my renwal , at the begging I was connected via broker and now I paid the fee by myself. Maybe I need to open new account? how I can do it?
