We are certain that this is a simple misconfiguration issue. It is not possible to have a bug in one system that is not present in all of them. The only time that something like this can happen is if you are out of disk space. The first thing we would like for you to do is to get us a copy of your Sierra4.config file. It is located in your main Sierra Chart installation folder (typically C:\SierraChart). We'll take a look at that, which contains your configuration setup and see what we can see.
