I had a further look today and it appears that the only cause I can see is what you mentioned: "substandard service from Binance". I guess they just didn't deliver all the data to Sierra. Which is unfortunate because I will have to go to another trading platform as accurate data from a high volume cryptocurrency exchange like Binance, is a requirement for my analysis.
