Yes, using different tick size. And also tried "MarketDepthCombineIncrementInTicks" setting. It only resolve the overlapping of Ask/Bid size in Dom. It does not solve the overlapping issues of other columns such as current Bid/Ask pulling/Stacking, Current Total Volume and other other columns. Watch the above sent images again for more clarification.
