There should not be a change due to the update. It sounds like your Currency Value per Tick is set for the EPZ21 and not for MESZ21. When you are using the Trade and Current Quote Symbol, if you want your P/L to reflect the traded security, then you need to ensure that the Currency Value per Tick is set for the Trade and Current Quote Symbol.
