While OEC did not acknowledge it, apparently they did solve the missing heartbeats on the FAST connection. So this could not be the issue at this time because the heartbeats are clearly coming in. Earlier we did have 2 clear confirmations that they were not being sent. We had not recently tested to see if this condition still existed.
