Hello, I went through the procedure once again and now I am connected. However, previously, I had 15 days of historical tick data from your denali datafeed for my Market Depth study and now I do not have it. Also, the message at the start about your denali data for Eurex started to appear again. Could you advice? Thank you. Regards, H. |
