Your data is delayed because the exchange(s) that you had active did not renew on the first day of the month since there was not enough funds in your account. To reactivate the exchange(s), add enough funds to your account on the Payments page here:

Then go to the Recurring Services page and scroll to the bottom where you will see the list of exchanges that were recently deactivated. Select the button that states Reactivate Exchange for the exchanges that you want to reactivate. You can access the Recurring Services pages through this link:

As to viewing your payments, you can do this from your User Control Panel on the Sierra Chart website and then selecting the link for View Transaction Log and Payment Receipts on that page. You can get to this directly through this link:

There are 2 reasons why would be adding funds to your account on a more than monthly basis. First, you are paying for your order routing fees through us, therefore each trade you make takes $0.10 from your account. Second, the Exchange Fees are due on the first day of each month, whereas your Sierra Chart Usage Time renews every 31 days based on the date you last made a payment for the Usage Time.

All of these are noted in the Transaction Log, so you can see when these fees take place.
